ShacklePay requests a pre-authorisation to cover the cost of your stay, plus any extras which may be accrued during your stay, as requested by your hotel. Should we request an additional amount for extras, any additional pre-authorisation funds that are not needed to settle your bill will be returned to your card within 24 hours of your departure!
